The Starseed Sessions

Service Description

These are coaching sessions. They are catered to the work each client chooses to do. They can be in person, at a central location such as a hike or coffee shop, or online via zoom. The work we will be doing together will lead to embodiment of the Total. Whole. Being and this includes shadow work, finding the spaces where we have given away power, participated in darker energies, and loving ourselves through it all. Choosing ourselves, every time, to love ourselves no matter any circumstance. We will begin with a free discovery call, and move into another call where we map out a plan for you. This plan will most likely flow and change, but it gives us a good starting point. An example plan may be: *Shamanic Healing Session *Yin Yoga and Integrative Energy Treatments *Meet @ Hot Springs for Aquatic Bodywork, Meditation, and Channeling *Subconscious Reprogramming *Shakti Rising and Flower of Life Integration *Meet in the mountains for a weekend at Mavens' Haven *Check-in to see where we are at - Each session is $175 and the out of town experiences do have an added cost that we work out together.
